If being quoted a trade $$$ it certainly helps to KNOW what model and options are being traded,,before a presentation,of some low ball trade offer that is INSULTING to a customers intelligence! ($5000) under KBB!!!That being said there was no need to go any further trying to make purchase,I walked out! same old story trying to patronize the dealership 5min from my home! Same old big dealer BS! Funny Baierl Subaru can service them (warranty) but wont sell them unless they can make MAX profit,as the norm!! The staff gave me a loaner car, kept me updated and really worked with me on pricing. From my very first visit here to my most recent I always leave very satisfied. Great job baierl Subaru!

I was informed of some incorrect information from another mechanic and thought I was being taken advantage of. After a few phone calls regarding the situation I found out I was misinformed by this other mechanic. John was in fact correct and stayed calm and professional during my so called tantrum. This is long overdue, but I purchased a Forester in August from Beverly Nowakowski and had a wonderful experience. I've had bad buying experiences in the past that have made me apprehensive about car shopping, but Beverly really went above and beyond to meet my needs and get me in the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. It was a no pressure situation that I really appreciated. Additionally, Ethen Omer did a great job keeping in touch with me about options until I was ready to buy - he made sure to keep in touch without being pushy. I should note, this dealership is out of the way for me and there was another option closer to home, but the service and overall experience make it worth the drive.

I went and test drove a Subaru Forester. I totally fell in love with the car and wanted to purchase it. I was negotiating a deal and told the salesperson that if they could get me close to what I was looking for, I wouldn't test drive another car. She advise me that she would have to talk to the sales manager the following day and would call me the next afternoon. I had already prepared myself to make the deal regardless of the outcome. However I never did receive that call. I waited 2 days for that phone call but then felt as if they did not want my business. Therefore, I went to another dealer and bought a different SUV. It is over 2 weeks later and to this day, I never received a phone call from them. I'm very disappointed on how they do business.

I went in looking for a dark-colored Subaru Crosstrek and came home with a dark gray Subaru Crosstrek. Jim was easy to work with and he answered any questions I had promptly and willingly. He was very patient and calm between me sitting in all the different Subaru models and test driving two. The car I really wanted had not been inspected yet, but Jim was able to get it inspected for me that day. The whole team was diligent and took their time to make sure my parents and I had a full understanding of all of the offers, prices, and benefits of getting a Subaru. To top it off they have a huge selection of new and used cars and you're bound to find something you like. I definitely picked the best place!

My Baierl Subaru Experience: In late August I reached out to Baierl Subaru via internet sales. Allyse responded to my inquiry immediately and was able to provide me with a quote I was pleased with. When I traveled to the dealership I met Rich. He immediately greeted me when I entered the showroom and was able to pick up where Allyse left off and continue showing me the vehicle I was inquiring about online. After some discussion, he was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted. Throughout the process, I also worked with Garrett and Lori and both of them made the financing, warranty and “moving forward” part very easy. What I appreciated the most, throughout the entire process, was the consistency of the message. Allyse provided me with details and a price. That did not change when it went to Rich. Rich had a warm personality and I did not get the type of vibe I’ve gotten from other vehicle salespersons. Garret provided me with a reasonable financing rate and Lori was able to make it even better. I will definitely reach out to Baierl Subaru for future purchases.
