The 2026 Subaru Uncharted gives buyers two different powertrain variants to match their driving needs. Sport and GT trims use a dual-motor setup with 338 horsepower and an estimated 290 miles of range. These models feature EV-tuned Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and dual-function X-MODE®, making them well-suited to various conditions.
For drivers who want maximum efficiency, the Premium trim comes with a single-motor, front-wheel-drive layout. It produces 221 horsepower while extending range to over 300 miles. No matter which powertrain you choose, the Uncharted supports DC fast charging, replenishing the battery from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes under ideal conditions. Every model also comes with the standard North American Charging System (NACS) port, making it easy to access an extensive array of public charging stations, including Tesla Superchargers.
Design
Compact dimensions make the Uncharted highly maneuverable without sacrificing Subaru's adventurous edge. A low-mounted battery improves balance and handling, while a tight turning radius makes it easier to park in busy areas. Stylish LED lighting, an illuminated Subaru badge, and available two-tone paint create a modern look. Plus, the standard roof rails add utility for bikes, kayaks, or luggage carriers.
